Village Of Harveysburg

Council:

2nd & 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M

If a holiday falls on 2nd or 4th Monday, Council meeting will be held on the following day (Tuesday) at 7:00 P.M., preceded by Streets/Building, Police, and Finance Committee meetings as scheduled.

Streets/Building Committee:

Will take place at 6:30 PM on the Fourth Monday before regular scheduled Council Meeting.

Police Committee:

Will take place within regular scheduled Council meetings.

Finance Committee:   

4th Monday of each month at 6:00 P.M. (as needed)

Community Relations Committee:

1st Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M.

Planning Committee:

4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 P.M.

Tree Board Committee:

2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M.   (Tree City U.S.A.)

Records Committee: Twice annually, TBD*

Grants Committee: as needed, TBD*

BZA: as needed, TBD*

*Meetings that are TBD, as needed or changed from the original schedule will be posted at least 24 hours in advance. BZA meetings will be advertised in the paper 10 days before scheduled meeting date.
